Burtenshaw Distinguished Lecture Series 2016: Serving Those Who Rock
The topic of this year’s Burtenshaw Lecture, which gives hospitality business management students the chance to hear from top industry professionals, is “Serving Those Who Rock.” The two speakers are Dave Furano and Michael Zislis, cofounders of Rock & Brews, a restaurant chain that combines rock music and craft beer.
